One of the December must-have blog post.

Was going through my blog posts for the past 3 Decembers and realised that I HAVE NOT MADE ANY NEW YEAR RESOLUTION!!

Really? Because I thought I have... But clearly, even if I did I'd still be hopeless at it since I obviously have not remembered/ checked on progress after setting those resolution.

Tsk tsk tsk!

So now I am gonna set myself some goals. (Simply because after 2 party nights I am just staying home today and have so much time to myself.)

Here goes the list:-

1. Learn more new dishes

Ever since moving to Singpoare, I started to cook a lot more. And put on a lot more weight too. I tell my friends who noticed my chubbiness - It's cos my cooking is better than my mom's, so I eat more. HAHA! In my continuous effort in learning to cook, I have subscribed to iVillage that sends me daily recipes. I stumbled upon this link just now, and have decided to try at least 12 dishes from that list of 25. Well just one new dish a month, not trying to be an over-achiever or anything. :p

2. Work out 2 to 3 times a week

I'd like 3 times a week if possible. But I guess at least twice a week is the minimum for maintenance. Bought a pilates ball to work out from home and I'm liking it so far. Hopefully at some point, I finally find the perfect swimsuit and take up swimming too. Just for variety sake.

3. Get minimum 7.5 hours of sleep a day.
OK I think enough is said about this. I am aging too fast!

4. Develop a photo album
Been taking all these awesome pictures but never got to printing them out/ store them in an organised fashion. Will figure a system out, and print some of the good ones for a photo album, and some to be framed. I think it'll be something really nice to have. :)

5. Lose weight
It's really getting a little out of hand, with me learning to cook and controlling portion for just 2 persons. I guess this comes together with my goal to work out 2 to 3 times a week. Must. Follow. No. Matter. What. I'm not even asking for abs now.

OK that completes the list. This will start today! Jog 2km around the neighbourhood!
